DOJO COMMUNITY LTD – End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you”) and DOJO COMMUNITY LTD (“Dojo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company incorporated in Israel and located at Hovot HaLevavot 12, Tel Aviv.

By downloading, installing, or using the Dojo mobile application (“App”) or accessing the Dojo website (“Website”), collectively the “Service,” you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (which forms an integral part of this Agreement).
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, Dojo grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the App and Website for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Modify, copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of the Service;
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App;
  • Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or distribute the Service to others;
  • Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose;
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. Eligibility / Minimum Age

The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older.
By registering or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old.
We do not knowingly allow individuals under 13 to register or use the Service.
If we discover under-age use, the account and related data will be deleted.
In countries where the minimum age of digital consent is higher (e.g., 14–16), parental consent may be required.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or share within Dojo.
By posting content, you grant Dojo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content within the platform, consistent with your privacy settings.

6. Promotional Use of Content

We may invite you to share posts, photos, or videos for external promotional use (e.g., social media, marketing, or investor materials).
We will request your explicit consent before using any identifiable user content externally.
Private or restricted content will never be shared without permission.

7. Reporting Inappropriate Content

You may report inappropriate, abusive, or offensive content through the in-app “Feedback and Bug Report” feature.
We will acknowledge the report, review the content, and take action (including removal) as appropriate.

8. Mentors and Communities

Mentors on Dojo are independent individuals, not employees or agents of Dojo.
Their guidance reflects their personal experience and opinions.
In the future, mentors may have access to limited user metrics and analytics solely to improve mentorship quality and user progress tracking.
All mentor access will be governed by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

9. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

Content and guidance on Dojo are intended for general wellness and motivation only.
They do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
Always consult qualified professionals before making lifestyle changes.
Dojo assumes no liability for outcomes resulting from mentor guidance or user reliance.

10. AI and Automated Features

Dojo may use AI-driven systems to suggest content, habits, or activities.
When this feature becomes available, users will have the option to opt out of AI-based recommendations.

11. Termination and Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the “My Account” section.
Dojo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

12. Data Retention and Security

User data is retained for up to 30 days after account deletion, with encrypted backups stored for up to 90 days.
Data is securely hosted on AWS servers, primarily in the European Union or other regions offering adequate protection.
Dojo employs industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest.

13. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, graphics, and software used in the Service are owned by or licensed to Dojo.
You receive no rights to our intellectual property other than the limited license described above.

14. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dojo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dojo, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

16. Data Protection and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described there.

17. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that may affect your personal information, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by law.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time.
If changes are material, we will notify you in-app or via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
